The Chisholm & Winch team has had a busy few weeks on site in Basingstoke delivering two concurrent office fit-out projects for property investment and development company, Frasers Property UK.
Both projects are located on Chineham Park, a business park owned, developed and managed by Frasers Property.
We have completed a six-week Cat A fit out on a vacant first floor office unit above a café on the business park, which involved new ceilings, flooring and redecoration throughout. We also provided a complete refit of the toilet facilities and were responsible for the Cat A electrical upgrade to lighting and fire alarms.
At nearby 3 Hazelwood, we delivered an 8-week Cat A fit out on a two-storey, standalone office building. Once again, the project involved returning the interior to an open plan CAT A layout, this time with a full builders works package including toilet upgrades, new finishes and a new Cat A M&E installation.

Carrying out the works within a tight programme and to a high standard was vital to enable the client to market these assets and we’re delighted to have handed over on time.”
